Rugby Foundation Camp Promotion Visit to Oulton Raiders

As part of the Rob Burrow’s testimonial year, Rob is holding another of his ever popular skills coaching camps at Oulton ARLFC on the 7th and 8th of June 2012.

On Wednesday the 23rd of may, Rob visited Oulton ARLFC to promote his camp along with Sam Horner Community development officer with Leeds Rugby Foundation, the famous Ronnie Rhino and the World Club Challenge Trophy.

The team along with Rob handed out the skills camp flyers, team cards and poster souvenirs. Rob answered questions and spoke about how important skills development is to a players progression and emphasised that having fun and learning new skills is top of his skills camp agenda.

Rob will be actually coaching the attendees on the camp and giving them the experiences a professional player has in their own training sessions.

Also the 16 quarters dvd was shown, highlighting the Rhinos great fete to come from 5th place to take the Super League trophy and showing the young players how determination and teamwork can achieve great things. I am sure these attributes will be learnt on Robs skill camp.

Come along and sign up and enjoy the fun.

Sam Horner , Amateur Clubs Community Development Officer, commented that, "the skills camp could only go ahead with the support of Oulton Raiders and would like to thank all staff for their continued support."
