Leeds Rhinos Foundation work hard to support local Community Clubs and rugby at grass roots level. Through this commitment we have developed strong links with the city’s Community Clubs who are all now part of our Community Club Support Scheme.

The Scheme builds on engaging the community clubs of Leeds and surrounding areas, empowering them to create community cohesion for the betterment of Rugby League.

Bringing new participants and audiences to the game of Rugby League, whilst nurturing, retaining and providing support for those already involved. We will work with our communities to provide an environment and culture in which participants from all backgrounds will enjoy taking part in our game.

Our aim is to provide opportunities for more people in a range of settings across our sport. We will work with the community clubs involved to improve standards which will enhance recreational Rugby League but will also contribute to more Leeds based players progressing into the elite structure.

The Community Club Support Scheme will continue to be very much part of community Rugby League in Leeds and we will grow the initiative with your valued assistance.
