Keith Senior’s Quest 13 Event Route Confirmed

Challenge yourself against Keith Senior!

Keith Senior’s Quest 13 challenge is virtually upon us and as the anticipation builds both for Keith, the team and the public, the route of the 13 mile run and 113km bike ride can now be confirmed.

This Friday 16th August prior to Leeds Rhinos vs. Hull KR Super League encounter at Headingley Carnegie Stadium, Keith, Bob Bowman, Jessica Bowman and Danny Edmondson will take on the gruelling 13 hour challenge which was officially launched last week.

And we can also announce that Barrie McDermott will also be taking part in the run to raise money in order to help Leeds Rugby Foundation change lives through sport.

Here is the confirmed route and approximate timings of Quest 13:

7am – 13 mile run begins from Headingley Carnegie Stadium.
Route: –> Shaw Lane –> Meanwood –> Meanwood Valley Trail (at Monkbridge Road) –> Stairfoot Lane Car Park (approx. 7.45am) –> Return to Headingley Carnegie Stadium.

9am (approx) – Return to Stadium for food.

10.30am (approx) – 113km bike ride commences from Headingley Carnegie Stadium.
Route: –> Head North via Bramhope –> Pool –> Denton –> Askwith –> Addingham –> Bolton Abbey –> Return to Headingley Carnegie Stadium.

4.30-5pm (approx) – Return to Headingley Carnegie Stadium for food/massages if needed.

6pm (approx) – 13 mile row begins from front of Club Shop at Headingley Carnegie Stadium.

7.45-8pm (approx) Quest 13 complete.
