As the Danny McGuire Skills Camp reaches its climax today, Leeds Rugby Foundation now look ahead to the final summer camp of 2013 which is next week’s Activity and Dance Camp at Priesthorpe School.
The popular Activity and Dance Camp, powered by Leeds Rugby Foundation, takes place from Monday 19th August – Friday 23rd August at Priesthorpe High School, Priesthorpe Lane, LS28 5SG, from 9am-3pm and is aimed at boys and girls aged between 6-14 years.
It is worth noting that, boys and girls do not have to necessarily be interested in rugby league as this is split into a mixed activity and a dance camp.
The activity camp is perfect for any young person interested in sport and during the action packed week, the children will participate in a vast range of sports such as rugby, basketball, cricket, football, netball and dodgeball.
The dance side of the camp is ideal for any enthusiast who would like to try cheer dance, street dance or musical theatre dance. Boys can partake in the dance side of the camp if they wish.
Your child will spend a week with Leeds Rhinos professional coaches, have the opportunity to meet Leeds Rhinos first team players along with the one and only – Ronnie the Rhino!
Camp attendees will also receive a Leeds Rhinos camp T-shirt and water bottle. Not only that, every camp attendee will receive a complimentary match ticket for the Leeds Rhinos vs Catalan Dragons game on the 30th August at Headingley Carnegie Stadium and they will also get the chance to take part in a pitch parade at half time!
If that is not enough, parents of the children attending will also receive a match ticket for just £10 while any siblings of attendees (under 16) can grab their ticket for just £5!
The five day Activity and Dance camp is priced at just £60 or if your child would prefer to attend selective days, the price is £15 per day.
