Sean Connolly, 17 will cycle from Whitehaven to Sunderland on Wednesday 30th October in an almighty 150 mile trip all in aid of Leeds Rugby Foundation.
Sean, who is a keen supporter of both Leeds Rhinos and Leeds Rugby Foundation has taken part in the Foundation’s highly popular Outward Bound Scheme whilst playing for local side Stannigley ARLFC in recent years.
And now he is joining 8 other people in taking part in the coast to coast 150 mile challenge during this October half term.
Sean will set off on Wednesday 30th October from Whitehaven and he is due to arrive in Newcastle on Saturday 2nd November where he hopes to complete the coast to coast ride.
