Walk with the Rhinos and get Active tomorrow!

Visit www.leedsletsgetactive.co.uk for all the details!

Leeds Rhinos Head of Athletic Performance Jason Davidson and his team are kicking off a 10 week exercise programme for individuals aged 30 and over at Leeds Rugby Academy tomorrow from 5pm until 6pm!

Leeds Rugby Foundation (LRF) are working with Leeds City Council's "Leeds Let's Get Active" campaign to encourage people who have not been active recently to come and have a go at a circuit of physical activity tailored to your ability level.

The first session starts tomorrow, Friday 1st August, at 5pm, before a 'Walk with the Rhinos' will commence following the session at 6.30pm from the Leeds Rugby Academy on Bridge Road, Kirkstall, LS5 3BW, up to Headingley Carnegie Stadium to watch the Leeds Rhinos v Bradford Bulls match.

LRF want to encourage individuals and families to come along and take part in the first of these unique challenges. Walking is a fantastic way to start getting healthier and it's even more worthwhile when you can do it as part of a Rhinos team!

Each walker will also receive a free 'Walk with the Rhinos' T shirt!

See you all tomorrow and look out for a video promoting the scheme at the Rhinos game on Friday!
