Leeds Rugby Foundation exciting new Ronnie Aerobics programme will kick off on Saturday and with the 8 week class available FREE of charge places are expected to fill fast – so don’t miss out!
Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust have kindly supported this new and exciting project to ensure that the Leeds Rugby Foundation can offer all the places completely FREE of charge.
The programme which kicks off in just a few days’ time will run from 10:30am until 11:30am at Priesthorpe High School.
Not only will Ronnie Aerobics be fun for all the family, but it will get you in shape too. And what better mascot to get you in shape than Ronnie the Rhino!
This is a perfect opportunity to bring the whole family together to get fit, meet new people and most importantly have fun.
Each week the group will take part in new, fun challenges with games for parents, grandparents and children to get involved in.
Every session will also incorporate a fun 10 minute "Ronnie Aerobics" where families will get a chance to pit themselves against Ronnie himself!
