Rhinestones shine with spectacular show

It was an unforgettable night for Leeds Rhinos Foundation’s Rhinestones Dance Academy as they put on a spectacular show to celebrate their 10th anniversary!

More than 120 dancers, aged between 3-18 years-old, performed in the ‘Greatest Show’ before a sell-out crowd of more than 300 people at Leeds Grammar School.

Nicola Booth, Dance Development Officer for Leeds Rhinos Foundation, commented: “This year’s show was special and very emotional, as it was a celebration of 10 years of Rhinestones. Some of the performers involved were experiencing their first show and others have been with me since the beginning, but either way I wanted all involved to be the best they could be and totally smash it.

“They didn’t disappoint and I was absolutely thrilled with how well the show went. The audience were super impressed and everyone was buzzing. It was definitely a night to remember!”

The Rhinestone Dance Academy was set up in 2009, with the aim of giving everyone the opportunity to access great dance classes at an affordable price, offering cheer, street and break dance training for young people in Leeds.
