This week saw the successful start of the ‘Business Behind The Rhinos’ Educational Stadium Tours at Headingley Carnegie. A Business Studies group from Leeds City College were the first to experience the unique tour of one of the country’s most historic stadiums.

As part of Leeds Rugby Foundation's commitment to education, the "Business Behind The Rhinos Tour" is aimed at students between the ages of 14-18 years studying business related topics. The tour aims to provide students with an insight into the fascinating world of business and Rugby League.
It has been designed to link specifically to areas covered by the club's business specifications of:
• Revenues and costs
• Branding Sponsorship and merchandising
• People management and customer service
• Operations and ICT in business
The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes provides an amazing behind-the-scenes opportunity to see business brought to life at the world renowned Headingley Carnegie Stadium.
Students will have the opportunity to step foot in the Leeds Rhinos dressing room where so many Rugby League stars have graced their presence over the years. They will be able to walk through the tunnel, enter the players' lounge and experience the history of Headingley Stadium and Leeds Rhinos in the famous Taverners Room.
Each student will also receive a tour booklet which will enable them to record information and take part in a variety of challenges as part of the tour.
The tours are priced at £6 per person and all proceeds of the tours will go to Leeds Rugby Foundation to allow them to carry on delivering their fantastic work in the local community and change lives through sport.
