On Saturday 19th July Leeds Rugby Foundation will be teaming up the Leeds Irish Festival and running a girls U14’s and U16’s festival at John Charles Centre for Sport (LS11 5DJ).
The day is sure to be a great one with ten teams attending; Kippax Roo’s, Birstall Victoria, East Leeds, Stanningley, West Bowling, Deswbury Celtic, Wigan St Judes, Shawcross Sharks, Hunelst Warriors and Hunslet Hawks.
The Girls Rugby League festival will kick off at 10am on the main stadium pitch running until 1pm where it will be followed by some Gaelic Football.
The Leeds Irish Festival has been running for many years and provides great entertainment for all the family. On the day there will also be face painting, nail art, breeze inflatables, music, Irish dancers, and street dancers.
