Leeds Rhinos Foundation support the Leeds Children’s Mayor Project

Leeds Rhinos Foundation are pleased to support the Leeds Children’s Mayor Project and are delighted that many of the finalists are from our Ambassador Schools.

Leeds Children's Mayor is a unique local democracy project designed to encourage children and young people to take part in a citywide democratic election and to take active roles in improving their communities.

The finalists who have written manifestos on a range topics including reducing bullying, improving the environment, making parks more fun, staying healthy and having more social clubs for children.

Only those aged 19 years or younger can vote, so we are encouraging all young Rhinos fans to have their say. The voting form and further information can be found by following this link:

Please note that voting goes live at 5pm on Tuesday 14th October and closes at 5pm on Tuesday 4th November. The winner of the election will be announced on 12th November.
