There are still places available on our Get Active with the Rhinos sessions on a Friday 5pm until 5.50pm.
The FREE physical activity session, through Leeds City Council's Get Active campaign, is open to anyone who is interested in joining our team to improve their level of fitness. We would like to help you on the way to becoming more active and choosing a healthier lifestyle.
The sessions, take place at Leeds Rugby Academy on Bridge Road, Kirkstall, LS5 3BW on a Friday and comprise of a fitness circuit designed and delivered by the Leeds Rhinos Performance Department who work on a daily basis with the Leeds Rhinos stars of today.
Members of the public are invited to simply turn up on the day and enjoy a fun-filled fitness session with Leeds Rhinos qualified coaches!
