Leeds Rhinos Foundation’s men’s weight management service ‘Try Club’ returns this Autumn with classes now running at five venues across Leeds.
The 12-week course, which was devised in partnership with Leeds Public Health, combines both physical activity and classroom learning, and on completion of the programme the aim is for every participant to be educated, motivated and committed to getting healthy and staying fit.
With a focus on realistic goal setting, the week by week approach to weight management will help participants to achieve maintainable lifestyle changes and boost their confidence without the need for any gimmicks, diets or painful gym sessions.
And best of all, it’s completely FREE to sign up for any of the courses, with a full list of the dates and venues available below!
Amy Livingstone, Health Improvement Officer at Leeds Rhinos Foundation, said: “We are so pleased to be working with Public Health Leeds again to offer our popular, free 12-week Try Club weight management programme in person. The course has helped to change the lives of the hundreds of people who have attended and we are proud of the legacy of Try Club.
“We offer honest, realistic advice in a fun and supportive environment, so don’t put your health on hold any longer. Please get in touch and join us today to see how Try Club can make a huge difference to your life.”
