As Leeds Rugby’s Charity we have an amazing opportunity to truly change lives through sport.

Reporting to the Manager of the Leeds Rugby Foundation, and working as a key member of the Foundation team, this role is pivotal in ensuring that the highest standards of communication between the Foundation team and external contacts.


Your responsibilities will include updating the Website, Facebook and Twitter content and supporting the foundation team in the delivery of projects. You will be hands on and understand the importance of ensuring that all enquiries are handled in a prompt, efficient and helpful manner.


Other responsibilities include;


§ Produce news articles for the website and match day programmes


§ Manage the calendar of events for the Foundation


§ Volunteer Management


§ The point of contact for enquiries to the Foundation via telephone calls, email, post, website and face-to-face


The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills including use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases and Outlook. You will be highly organised, have great attention to detail and the ability to work to work to tight deadlines. You must demonstrate good literacy and excellent organisational skills. You will have excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritise and multi task.


This is a part time role of 25 hours per week; however you must be flexible in your commitment to this role. The role will attract a salary of £12,000 per annum.


 


The role will be based at our Kirkstall Training Ground, Leeds Rugby Academy, Clarence Fields, Bridge Road, Kirkstall, Leeds, LS5 3BW.
