Leeds Rhinos’ Australian representatives, Brett Delaney, Mitch Achurch and Joel Moon have thrown their weight behind Leeds Rugby Foundation’s (LRF) 2014 Grand Prize Draw.
The LRF 2014 Grand Prize Draw, which will take place at half-time of the Leeds Rhinos v Salford Red Devils game on Easter Monday, 21st April, has received great praise from the Rhinos' Australian players.
Brett Delaney commented: “This is a great way of raising funds to continue the LRF's goal of changing people's lives through sport. There are some great prizes on offer for winners, as well as cash-back on tickets sold. Of course the main prize is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I’d strongly encourage people to have a go at winning it.”
Tickets for the draw cost £2 and the main winner will pick up a unique trip for two to the NRL Grand Final in Sydney Australia, courtesy of Rugby League Experience. This once in a life-time trip includes economy class flights, 7 nights stay in a top 4-star hotel, tickets to attend the preliminary finals (if played in Sydney), an invitation to the Daily M Awards and Grand Final Lunch. On top of this, the lucky winner will receive a tour of Sydney Cricket Ground and Alliance Stadium, a Legends of League Sydney Harbour Cruise and, not forgetting, tickets to the Grand Final itself.
Other prizes on offer for runners up include hospitality for 4 at a Rhinos' home game, a signed Rhinos shirt, a signed Rhinos ball, a signed Leeds United shirt amongst many more prizes that will be revealed in due course.
