Thanks to a new partnership with the RFL, Leeds Rhinos Foundation has appointed Leeds Rhinos Wheelchair player and England Wheelchair World Cup winning captain Tom Halliwell has joined Leeds Rhinos Foundation as a Development Officer working within the pillar of inclusion.
Halliwell, who is a Challenge Cup and Grand Final winner with Leeds Rhinos foundation, will work in the community to help the charity deliver their outcomes to grow the game and make the sport inclusive. This will involve working with schools and clubs to create more opportunities for people to play and will support the work done by the charity’s Disability Officer Ed Bates.
