The first Magic Round of the Wheelchair Super League is here!

The first Magic Round of the Betfred Wheelchair Super League is upon us, as all six teams gather at the University of Birmingham on Saturday 15th April.

This is the biggest event to be held since the Rugby League World Cup back in 2021, and is set to be an exhilarating day of Wheelchair action as the amazing athletes and teams of the Betfred Wheelchair Super League take centre stage. The Rhinos will be setting the pace against the London Roosters, after consecutive victories over Warrington Wolves and Wigan Warriors.

As the Rhinos prepare for their third game of the season, in hope of bringing home their third win, we are encouraging supporters to come and show their support and get behind our team.

Head Coach, James Simpson said: “It’s pretty exciting. It’s the first big Wheelchair RL event since the huge success we had at RLWC2021. It’s totally free so would be brilliant if we could get a big crowd to support the players and the game as a whole! We’re up first as well so it’s a bit of an honour to be heading out there, launching what will the be the first of four Magic Rounds”

For those who can’t attend, all three games are being streamed live by The Sportsman. To find out more, CLICK HERE.
