Leeds Rhinos Foundation is delighted to reveal the design for their 2019 Run with the Rhinos race shirts.
The charity has once again teamed up with Leeds Rhinos’ official kit supplier ISC to provide exclusive running tops for people taking on the Asda Foundation Leeds 10k as part of the Run with the Rhinos team, on Sunday 7th July.
This year’s line-up features a host of Leeds Rhinos legends, including Kevin Sinfield MBE, Rob Burrow, Barrie McDermott and Jamie Peacock MBE, who received his top at Emerald Headingley Stadium earlier this week.
“I’d like to thank ISC for their generous donation of the running tops and their continued support of Leeds Rhinos Foundation,” said Peacock.
“The Leeds 10k is a fantastic race to be involved in as it really unites the city. Running, or walking, is a great way to keep fit and get good headspace. It’s also easily achievable in seven or eight weeks, from not running at all to being able to complete the 10k course.”
“Most importantly though, by signing up to Run with the Rhinos you’ll be raising money for our charity, which is committed to doing some fantastic things in the community and changing lives through sport.”
Runners have a choice of a lightweight polyester t-shirt or singlet this year, both of which offer strategically positioned panels to assist in keeping the body cool and comfortable for optimal performance, even in the hottest conditions.
Encompassing a blue and amber colourway, the race tops also feature the 2019 Run with the Rhinos logo on the back and are available in sizes S through to 5XL.
Briana Powell, Commercial Sales and Foundation Co-ordinator, said: “We’re delighted to reveal our 2019 race tops which we hope you agree look fantastic. It’s great when a sea of blue and amber shirts arrives at the start line, creating a team atmosphere that keeps you going throughout the race.
“We’ve had a great take up for the walking team this year and we’d love it if this could grow even bigger. Whether you’re running, jogging or walking the route, you’ll be part of the team and I would encourage anyone out there who hasn’t already signed up to get involved!”
