Leeds Rhinos and England Women stars Georgia Roche and Caitlin Beevers were special guests at Leeds Rhinos Foundation’s Community Club Training Night with Dewsbury Moor Under 14s Girls on Monday as Leeds Rhinos Foundation kicked off their programme of activity for the RFL’s Three Lions Week.
Forming part of the InspiredBy campaign linking the RFL and RLWC2021, and aimed at driving participation in the sport before, during, and after the World Cup, Three Lions Week gives people the opportunity to learn from the best – with professional club players invited to come down and join in with sessions.
The duo joined the charity’s Women & Girls Rugby League Development Officers Lois Forsell and Ellis Pascall and offered a helping hand with coaching the Moor Girls through a series of drills, with Beevers particularly pleased to be giving back and inspiring the next generation of players from her former community club.
