Rhinos kit supplier make donation to support Run with the Rhinos team

Leeds Rhinos official kit supplier ISC have lent their support to the club’s official charity by donating race shirts for runners taking on the the Asda Foundation Leeds 10k and Bupa Great North Run as part of the Run with the Rhinos team

ISC, who are the market leader in Australian Rugby League have been in partnership with Leeds rugby since 2008 as official kit supplier.

The Sydney-based sports clothing manufacturer have donated 126 shirts to Leeds Rhinos Foundation for this year’s Run with the Rhinos team which will make their first public appearance at the Asda Foundation Leeds 10k on the 8th July.

Chief Operating Officer for Leeds Rhinos Foundation Bob Bowman said:

“We are delighted to unveil our race tops for the Run with the Rhinos 2018 runners which thanks to a very generous donation from ISC look absolutely fantastic. We’ve also been able to add a vest option for those who like me found the soaring heat of July last year very tough running conditions, so I’m sure they will be very popular among our runners.”

This year’s race top includes state of the art technology designed for optimal performance with breathable panels to keep the body cool and comfortable and a lightweight feel with ISC’s Airtex performance mesh to assist in wicking moisture away from the body.

The shirts encompass a marine and white colourway with a heat printed Run with the Rhinos logo on the back and are available in sizes XS though to 3XL.

The Leeds Rhinos Foundation team of runners and walkers will consist of over 70 runners including a special guest appearance from Leeds Rhinos legends Rob Burrow and Barrie McDermott along with Yorkshire Cricket legend Ryan Sidebottom.
Bowman added:

“As always the Leeds 10k will be one of our main fundraising events in 2018 as one of Leeds’ most popular events and we will also have a team taking on the Great North Run in September, so we will hopefully raise plenty of money to support our work.

“Anyone who is interested in joining us can still sign up for the Leeds 10k and take part in our walking team or running team with some of our legends, it’s always a great day so please sign up as soon as possible if you’d like to take part.”
