Leeds Let’s Get Active makes being active easier. It offers the first steps for those wanting to become more active and make a significant change to their lives.

Across the Leeds City Council leisure centre there are FREE gym (14+) and swim sessions as well as other FREE activities in your local area!
 
If a leisure centre isn’t really your thing, Leeds Let’s Get Active is bringing fun and new activities like beginners boot camps, health walks and family activities to your local parks and centres in your community.
 
All you need to do is register on the website www.leedsletsgetactive.co.uk, answer a few questions and fill in some basic details – you can then log into your own personal page which will help you find your local activities, log how you’re doing and keep motivated.

*As part of the on-going partnership between Leeds Rugby Foundation and Leeds City Council, Leeds Rhinos Head of Athletic Performance Jason Davidson and his team will continue their 10 week exercise programme for individuals aged 30 and over at Leeds Rugby Academy, Bridge Road, Kirkstall, Leeds, LS5 3BW this coming Friday from 5pm until 6pm.
