Leeds Rugby Foundation take their ‘Winning Team’ Assembly to schools across Leeds

This week saw Ronnie Rhino, the Leeds Rugby Foundation team and the Stobart Super League and World Club Challenge Trophies on tour around Primary schools in Leeds.

Tony Aubrey, Sian Hills and Mark Shutt, along with Rhinos mascot Ronnie, delivered their inspirational assembly on ‘winning teams’ to groups of willing youngsters enthralled by their heroes victory over Manly Sea Eagles to clinch the world crown.

The assembly shows the children how their schools are similar to the Leeds Rhinos team in terms of structure, hard work and determination which enables them to be their best.

The team visited schools in Pudsey, Thorpe Arch and Wetherby and received a rousing welcome at each of them and excellent feedback as to the legacy for teachers to build on.
