Leeds Rhinos throw their weight behind charity challenge for Leeds Rugby Foundation

Leeds Rhinos stars have throw their weight behind Greg Mulholland MP and Bob Bowman of West Yorkshire Police, who are taking part in the Jane Tomlinson Appeal 10th Anniversary challenge, raising money for Leeds Rugby Foundation, as well as the Jane Tomlinson Appeal.

Greg is a Vice President of the Leeds Rugby Foundation and Bob is one of its trustees. The Foundation promotes community participation and work to transform young peoples' lives through the power of sport by fighting social inequality.


Greg is also Chair of the Parliamentary Rugby League Group and captain of the Political Animals rugby league team.
The Jane Tomlinson Anniversary Challenge team, including Greg and Bob will run the Paris Marathon, cycle 600 miles in six days through France, Belgium and England, via Leeds, to London where a they will run the London Marathon- 652 miles in 8 days! They will complete the Leeds leg at Headingley Stadium, home of the Rhinos on Wednesday 18th April – half way through!
