Leeds Rhinos Foundation support Child Friendly Leeds’ #GoOrange campaign

As a result of Covid 19, this year on National Play Day, 5 August Child Friendly Leeds will be bringing the show directly to people’s homes with a live stream event including some of our annual festival favourites and CBBC’s Alex Winters!

They will also be asking the whole city to #GoOrange for Child Friendly Leeds and have a free online resource pack to encourage children and their families to get involved and create, make, bake and wear orange.  If you’re out and about in the city centre or parks on the day, you might even find some ‘orange’ surprises dotted around. Leeds Jurassic Trail also invites you to join in a city centre trail where you can hunt for the orange dinosaur eyes!

Full details and regular updates will be available on their Facebook event page.

Child Friendly Leeds have some great prizes on offer for the best #GoOrange pictures and videos that we receive – so please share yours on social media using the hashtag and please use the social media graphic and encourage your friends, family and colleagues to get involved.

Some of the prizes on offer include a magical overnight stay for your child in a fabulous styled tepee, courtesy of Like a Dream Ltd or a luxurious family room, overnight stay at the IBIS Styles Arena Hotel.  For a peak at the hotel, visit their website: www.all.accor.com/hotel/9687/index.enshtml.
