Leeds Rugby Foundation has joined forces with Leeds City Council to form an exciting partnership which will support Leeds Rhinos Fans to lead healthier lifestyles.

Leeds City Council has teamed up with Leeds Rugby Foundation and Leeds Rhinos to urge local fans to complete a new survey which will explore fans lifestyles to determine what support the club can offer.
