Leeds Rhinos Foundation is looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic QTS Primary Teacher or HLTA , to deliver three afternoons a week (term time only for 10 hours a week) on a new and innovative project.
The project is working with children in Year 5 from a range of schools across the City.
The sessions will take place at our Tryzone Education Centre situated at Headingley Carnegie Stadium with the opportunity to utilise wider Leeds Rhinos Foundation links as part of your delivery. The model will consist of six week blocks covering the following themes;
Week 1 – It’s good to be active
Week 2 – Living a healthy lifestyle
Week 3 – I am ambitious
Week 4 – I am resilient
Week 5 – I am thinking about my future
Week 6 – I am proud of my city
The successful candidate must have the ability to communicate at all levels, have excellent time management skills and be able to work as an individual and as part of the Leeds Rhinos Foundation team.
This is a part time role, which will be based at Leeds Rhinos Foundation, Headingley Carnegie Stadium, St Michael’s Lane, Headingley, Leeds, LS6 3BR. The salary for the role is dependent on your skills, experience and current qualifications. This fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.
