In partnership with Mecca Bingo Leeds, Leeds Rhinos Foundation support communities in Meanwood and Armley

Last night we visited the Interact Meanwood Pantry, a membership food club, part of the Local Pantry Franchise and the Interact Community Church project. We met with them to give them £100 raised by Mecca Bingo Leeds Mayfair.

Over Christmas, Mecca raised over £200 for those in need, £100 of which was also donated to the New Wortley Community Association to empower and serve residents in the LS12 district.

Leeds Rhinos Foundation in connection with Maureen Lillywhite, who works for Interact, delivered food throughout the Covid Period, across Meanwood and the wider community.

Mecca Bingo Leeds became a respected partner of the Leeds Rhinos Foundation throughout lockdown when our staff and managers came together to provide hot meals and food packages to organisations, schools, elderly residents and for the benefit of St George’s Crypt.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Mecca Bingo Leeds for their help in supporting charities close to the foundation and we look forward to working in partnership to help even more people in the area.
