With the Leeds 10k just days away it’s time to start getting those last-minute preparations in place to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Join the team for a pre-race photo
Every year we get to marvel at the amount of runners joining the Run with the Rhinos history books by donning the yellow jersey for the Leeds 10k and supporting our charity and this year we have one of our biggest teams yet with 84 runners signed up.
So if you haven't sorted your itinerary for the day yet we'd love you to join us for a group photo at Dortmund square (just off the Headrow and in front of the St John's Centre) before we all join our starting waves for the official warm up and start.
The team photo is always a great memento from the day, so come along, meet some of the other runners and be part of our pre-race team photo. We will be meeting at 8:45am in the square.
Once you've had some photos you'll then have plenty of time to make your way down to the starting area, drop baggage and get ready for the race.
Haven't got your race number yet? All is not lost.
By now most race numbers will have been sent out by our friends at Run for All which includes your starting wave colour, baggage label and timing chip all attached.
If you haven't yet had your race number through yet and you registered your pin before Friday 30th June, numbers are expected to reach you by Thursday of this week but if you haven't received your race number by Friday 7th July then please email Run for All at info@runforall.com
If you didn't register your pin before the 30th you will have to collect your race number at the Run for All race office on the day, so if you don't receive it by post your number will still be waiting for you on Sunday.
Don't forget your safety pins!
More important information from Run for All
If you've been receiving our Run with the Rhinos newsletters over the past few weeks then you should be up to date with most of the information about the day such as what's on offer post-race, picking up your Run with the Rhinos race shirt and tips about fundraising but for all other information Run for All has you covered.
Take a look at the link below for the official Run for All race guide including details of the official baggage store, road closures, the race route with start and finish lines, drinks stations and all other important information for runners and spectators.
Please note Leeds Rhinos Foundation staff cannot accept responsibility for any baggage whilst you are participating in the run, so please use the official baggage store on the day or leave any baggage with your family members.

Your Run with the Rhinos race T-shirt is waiting for you!
Our freshly designed Run with the Rhinos race shirts from Steeden have now arrived and we've seen just over half of our runners in the Leeds Rugby shop since Monday collecting their shirts ready for race day.
The shirts are available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL this year with plenty available, so if you are able to pick yours up, the club shop at Headingley Carnegie Stadium will be open from 9-5pm until Friday and then from 9am on Saturday 8th July with last collection at 2pm.
If you aren't able to come and collect your shirt, we will be bringing the remainder of the shirts along to Dortmund Square on Sunday morning, so if you would like to guarantee a size please email Kate.Grannan@leedsrugby.com to arrange.

Thanks to all of our fundraisers who have shared their online fundraising links with us, we've seen lots of donations and sponsorship coming through from your accounts which will all go towards the overall total raised for our Run with the Rhinos team.
If you don't have a personal online fundraising account then you can still help us reach our fundraising goal by sharing the team My Donate Run with the Rhinos page at https://mydonate.bt.com/fundraisers/runwiththerhinos2017
If you are using paper forms for your fundraising, could you please provide all forms and money by Monday 17th July, so we can add it to the total raised and include you in the top fundraisers competition.
