Community club takeover at the Leeds Rhinos store this Saturday!

Junior rugby league players from across the city can come meet Ronnie the Rhino and enjoy huge discounts at the Leeds Rhinos club store in the Merrion Centre this Saturday 1 May at a special retail event designed to celebrate the return of community rugby league.

Leeds Rhinos’ number one fan will be making his first public appearance in over a year and he will be at the store to welcome community players who also recently made their long awaited comeback to training back in March after the recent lockdown.

To celebrate the return of community rugby, Elite Pro Sports are providing an exclusive offer to players from Leeds community clubs on Saturday. If players turn up to the store wearing their local club’s shirt, they will receive a huge 30% off everything in store – including the best-selling 2021 home and away shirts along with the off-field, leisurewear and accessory ranges.

Leeds Rhinos’ official charity Leeds Rhinos Foundation now works with over 40 community clubs through their flagship Rugby League Development Plan and Ambassador Clubs scheme, which supports the game at grassroots level. The charity offers support to clubs through coach education, entry into events such as The Dick Gibson Club Ambassadors Festival and also the chance to be part of the match day experience at a Rhinos home game.

Saturday’s offer is only valid for in store and for one day only. The store is open between 9am and 6pm and located in the Merrion Centre on Merrion Way, Leeds LS2 8NG.

*Please note the club store at Emerald Headingley Stadium is now closed.
