Leeds club Oulton Raidettes are on the lookout for new junior girls coaches for the upcoming season with Assistant and Head Coach roles for the under 14s, 16s and 12s to supplement the club’s ever expanding girl’s section.

Under 14s Girls Head Coach:
The club are looking for a Head Coach for our U14s girls’ team to work alongside the current girls & women’s section Head Coach to develop and strengthen the girls section of the club.
The candidate will need to be Level 2 qualified or able to undertake a level 2 coaching course which will need to be self-funded.
They will need to attend 1 to 2 training sessions per week and also games on Saturdays.
They will be responsible for planning and taking training sessions as well as, team selection alongside the current assistant coach. They will also be required to help recruit new players and assist the girl’s section head coach when needed.
Under 16s Girls Assistant Coach:
Oulton are also looking for an assistant coach for the U16s girls’ team to work alongside the current U16’s head coach.
The candidate will need to be level 2 qualified or able to undertake a level 2 coaching course which will need to be self-funded.
They will need to attend 1 to 2 training sessions per week and also games on Saturdays.
They will be responsible for helping plan and taking training sessions under the guidance of the head coach.
U12s Girls Head coach:
U12s is a new section for girl’s Rugby League and will mostly be about development and introduction of girls to the sport. Attracting new players will be a key part of this role.
The candidate will need to be level 2 qualified or able to undertake a level 2 coaching course which will need to be self-funded.
The coach will be responsible for planning and undertaking training sessions and working with the other girl’s age groups when necessary.
They will need to attend 1 training session per week and also any games that are arranged.
It is preferable that all applicants have some Rugby League coaching experience ideally within the girls/women’s game.
The club are also looking for qualified First Aiders for each team.
