Leeds Rhinos Foundation will be helping to support the re-launch of West Leeds Activity Centre, Lenhurst Ave, Leeds LS12 2RE, on the 15th October, as the outdoor activity centre opens its doors to the public for a free open day event.
The 17-acre site, located only 3 miles from Leeds City Centre on Lenhurst Avenue, is owned and operated by Leeds City Council and specialises in providing activity days for schools, colleges, youth groups, children’s parties as well as, corporate events and conferences.
Families are invited to come and sample a range of activities run by the centre on the 15th including;
motorcycling, go karting, climbing walls, inflatables, assault courses, motorised buggies, water slides and archery.
Leeds Rhinos Foundation will also be supporting the event, offering an afternoon of rugby coaching and mini games for children, alongside coaches and players from Ambassador Club Farnley Falcons.
Leeds Rhinos legends Kylie Leuluai and Jamie Jones-Buchanan will be attending the event to sign some autographs for fans along with club mascot Ronnie the Rhino and the Rhinestones Dance Academy, who will be performing some of their routines during the day.

Friends of the Foundation Oxygen Free Jumping are also attending the event and providing an activity station for free to the public, along with Leeds United Foundation who will be running a football station from 12-2pm.
Please note that there will be no onsite parking available at the centre.
