First female only Offload programme coming up November

This November, Leeds Rhinos Foundation will be delivering the ground-breaking Offload programme in partnership with Rugby League Cares at AMT Headingley Stadium.

The free six-week mental fitness and wellbeing programme provides community groups across Leeds, the chance to take part in engaging sessions which tackle issues such as depression and anxiety.

Sessions focus on a wide range of aspects and are delivered by guest speakers including rugby league legends Keith Senior, Bob Beswick and war veteran turned PDRL star Simon Brown.

Through support from Leeds Community Foundation, across the next two years Leeds Rhinos Foundation and Rugby League Cares will support over 100 men and women in Leeds to provide the tools to improve their mental health fitness and provide resources for people to continue long-lasting weekly groups. The programme will run both gender only and gender mixed sessions.

Coming up in November, Offload will be returning to Headingley Stadium for our Female only sessions:

Every Tuesday from 7th November-12th December
