Girls aged 5-16 interested in dance can attend Free taster classes tonight (Thursday 28th April) at Wetherby Sports Association with the Rhinestones Dance Academy.
The new classes will then take place every Tuesday from the 3rd May as follows:
Juniors (aged 5-11) – 5pm to 6pm
Seniors (aged 12-16) – 6pm to 7pm
The first class will be FREE of charge and classes will then be £3.50 per class or a block of six classes for £18.
Rhinestones classes focus on street dance and cheer dance technique and are a great way for young dancers to learn the coolest moves, meet new friends and get the opportunity to experience the thrill of performing in front of thousands of Rhinos fans at the Headingley Carnegie Stadium on matchdays and star in an annual dance show.
Classes are taught by members of the Spencer Properties Leeds Rhinos Dance Team and run during term time only. All you need is lots of enthusiasm, a water bottle and appropriate clothing and footwear for dancing.
As well as the new class at Wetherby Rhinestones classes also run at:
Headingley Carnegie Stadium (Monday Evenings)
Temple Moor High School (Tuesday Evenings)
Ralph Thoresby (Thursday Evenings)
