Leeds Rhinos Foundation deliver multi sports in a number of settings across the city and due to the charity’s expansion it requires a dedicated team of coaches who have the ability to deliver to a wide range of community groups and age ranges.

Leeds Rhinos Foundation is looking to employ a pool of casual sports coaches to work across its projects. These posts are for coaches who hold a minimum level 2 qualification in their chosen sport through the governing body.
 
You will have experience of supervising people in a paid or voluntary capacity, working with young people in sports and leisure activities in a voluntary capacity and experience in leading other coaches in sport and leisure activities.
 
You will able to communicate with a wide range of people individually and in groups and at all appropriate levels, adapting to the needs of individuals. You must be able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and be able to inspire and motivate participants in sport and leisure activities.
 
You must hold a current National Governing Body coaching or leadership award, have knowledge of risk assessments, relevant knowledge of safeguarding and welfare issues a first aid qualification.
 
This is a casual role and you will be paid between £10 – £25 per hour, this will be dependent on the project. You will need to be flexible as some of the projects will be on evenings and weekends. The successful candidate’s appointment will be subject to a DBS check and references.
