Tickets are now on sale for the annual Heart Yorkshire Children’s Day, which is run by Leeds Rhinos Foundation and Yorkshire County Cricket Foundation, and will take place at Headingley Carnegie Stadium on Sunday 17th July.
This year’s Children’s Day, which last year attracted over 5000 people, will be hosted by Heart Yorkshire and will see X Factor and I’m a Celebrity star Jake Quickenden perform live.
As well as a live performance from Quickenden, there will be activities for the whole family to enjoy and the full Leeds Rhinos squad will also be in attendance. The team from Breeze Leeds will be bringing inflatables including a lazer zone, obstacle course, demolition ball, play house, bounce and slide and supa dome. For sports lovers there will be plenty to get involved in such as football, golf, relay races and mini basketball. Yorkshire attractions such as Lightwater Valley, Tropical World and Eureka will once again show their support for the event with stalls full of interactive fun.
The gates for the Heart Yorkshire Children’s Day 2016 open at 10am and close at 4pm. Admission is £3 per adult and just £1 per child (aged 5-17), family tickets (2 x adults & 2 x children) are available for just £5. Family tickets must be bought in advance at the Leeds Rhinos ticket office, but all other tickets can be purchased on the day or beforehand. All activities inside the ground are completely free, so bring the family and enjoy a fantastic day at Headingley Carnegie Stadium.
