Leeds Rhinos Foundation is delighted to be relaunching our popular Try Club programme with four courses starting this April in venues across Leeds for both men and women!
Try Club is a FREE 12-week programme for men and women aged 18+ who are looking to tackle their weight, get fitter and lead a more active life.
The programme is run by our very own qualified health expert, Amy Livingstone who will give you practical advice and personalised support throughout your journey.
Our sessions include interactive classroom-based learning combined with exciting pitch based physical activity and an opportunity for a 1-1 consultation with our team of health professionals to ensure the course is tailored to your needs.
