Speaking about joining Leeds Rhinos Foundation in a full time role Bowman said: "As one door closes another one opens. After nearly 29 years with West Yorkshire Police I am delighted that I commence a full time role with the Leeds Rhinos Foundation. This is a great opportunity for me personally to work with such a talented and committed team of staff. I have been associated with the Foundation in numerous capacities since 2009 and with the management since October 2013. Now that I can give 100% of my focus on leading the charity forward these are very exciting times. It is a privilege to be given this responsibility."
