Leeds Rhinos Foundation is delighted to announce the continuation of its partnership with Wakefield & District Health and Community Support Ltd.
The partnership will see the Wakefield based charity continue to support Leeds Rhinos Foundation’s work to promote health and well-being 'out of school hour' sessions to Primary School children in Leeds.
