On the back of the success of this year’s Run with the Rhinos on July 9th which saw 85 runners take up places to run the Asda Foundation Leeds 10k, Leeds Rhinos Foundation is pleased to announce more discounted charity places for the Asda Foundation York and Sheffield 10k races as well as the PlusNet Yorkshire Marathon
The PlusNet Yorkshire Marathon has been described as the number one alternative marathon to London, taking in some of York's most historic sites and scenic countryside.
The event has maintained it’s highly popular appeal since its first appearance in 2013, selling out general entry places each year and is now once again only available via charity places.
Leeds Rhinos Foundation are offering runners interested in taking on a marathon this year discounted places for the event at £46 with a minimum fundraising expectation of £300 to support the work of Leeds Rhinos’ official charity.
Charity places are limited but with 80 days until race day there is plenty of time to secure your place and prepare for the event.
Along with the Yorkshire Marathon, Leeds Rhinos Foundation are also offering discounted places for the York and Sheffield 10ks this year.
For the charity price of £23, runners can sign up for the York 10k taking place on the 6th August or the Sheffield 10k on the 24th September, two of the Run for All 10k series most popular races.
The well-regarded Run For All brand is synonymous with well-organised, quality sporting events throughout Yorkshire and the North of England including the Hull, Nottingham and Burnley 10Ks, the Leeds Half Marathon and Yorkshire Half Marathon which is also based in Sheffield.
