Leeds Rhinos Foundation’s annual fundraising dinner will be taking place on the 15th July in the Long Bar at Headingley Carnegie Stadium.
The event costs £60 per place or £550 for a table of 10 and will include a three-course meal, talks and presentations from Leeds Rhinos legends past and present and a showcase of the work of Leeds Rhinos’ official charity.
Established in 2005, Leeds Rhinos' official charity has been changing lives through sport now for over a decade, delivering projects in the heart of the Leeds community by harnessing the power of sport to make a lasting, positive impact on individuals' lives.
The Foundation delivers a range of projects under its five principles of Education, Health, Sport, Art and Heritage. Using sport as an engaging tool the charity's team of 40 staff work with a range of individuals, delivering important lifestyle messages to inspiring others to make positive changes to their own lives.
Through building long lasting networks and partnerships in the city, they charity works alongside primary and secondary schools, community clubs, the council and local health and education organisations to deliver programmes to fulfil to reduce inequalities in the city, providing support for vulnerable people and inspiring those with limited means to realise their potential.
With expert, qualified staff in education, health and delivering tailored sports and dance coaching, the Foundation runs holiday rugby and dance camps, rugby festivals, community days and health and education projects year round to engage with both children and adults from all over the community.
A not for profit organisation, which financially independent from the Leeds Rhinos, Leeds Rhinos Foundation relies on support from sponsorship, donations and fundraising to deliver our work each year, so please pledge your support and join us for a fantastic evening of Rugby League memories.
The dress code for the event is lounge suits and posh frocks and the event starts at 7:30pm.
