Heart Yorkshire’s Drivetime presenter Rich Williams will host the annual Heart Yorkshire Children’s Day at Headingley Carnegie Stadium on Sunday 17th July.

The annual event is already shaping up to be the biggest and best yet with a live performance from X Factor star Jake Quickenden and many more fun activities and attractions for the whole family.
 
Williams, who will be a familiar face to Rhinos fans, having hosted the club’s homecoming events and matchdays will compered the Heart Yorkshire stage that will feature Breeze musicians, Rhinos star Jamie Jones-Buchanan and the team from Rugby AM, interviews with Rhinos players and a live set from Quickenden.
 
Speaking about hosting the event Williams said: “This is going to be an amazing day and I am absolutely thrilled to be hosting this year. So bring the family down and make sure you pop over to the Heart Stage to say Hello!”
 
The Heart Angels will also be in the Carnegie Café Bar with games such as giant Jenga and giant Connect 4 plus they will also offering the children the chance to transform into a beautiful butterfly or a dazzling Prince Charming with some fabulous face paints.
 
The Carnegie Café Bar will also have stalls from the Hollybush Conservation Centre, Jack Rabbits Pottery and the Rainbow Factory so there will be plenty on offer for children to get involved with.
 
The gates for the Heart Yorkshire Children's Day 2016 open at 10am and close at 4pm. Admission is £3 per adult and just £1 per child (aged 5-17), family tickets (2 x adults & 2 x children) are available for just £5. Family tickets must be bought in advance at the Leeds Rhinos ticket office, but all other tickets can be purchased on the day or beforehand. All activities inside the ground are completely free
